Basic Requirement
Font: Times of Roman / Arial
Font Size: 12/14 ppt (Times New Roman) or 10/12 ppt (Airal)
Line Spacing: Paragraph--Single and 1.15 gap between 2 lines.
Figure: All Figure (clear figure) caption must be same types and sizes. Images resolution minimum 300p and screenshot maximum 72dpi.
Table: Headings (Bold হবে) and Interior all text sizes be same. টেবিলে কলামে লাইন না দিলেও হবে তবে Raw তে লাইন টানতে হবে। (বি.দ্র. Table & Image এর Caption কোথায় এবং কীভাবে হবে ছবিতে উদাহারণসহ দেয়া হয়েছে, দেখে নিন।)
Color: প্রয়োজনীয় জায়গায় কালার ব্যবহারে তেমন কোন জটিলতা নেই। তবে এটা ডিপেন্ড করবে রিসার্চারের ফিনান্সিয়াল (Financial) সাপোর্টের উপর। সাদাকালোর চেয়ে কালার প্রিন্টে খরচ একটু বেশি।

Structure of Research/Dissertation Report Writing
[সিরিয়ালি কোনটার পর কোনটা হবে দেয়া আছে। 1-9 পর্যন্ত Roman Number এ Count হবে। 10 থেকে 17 পর্যন্ত Normal Number এ Count হবে।]
1) Title page
Font Size
>Title (Main)- 24ppt
>Subtitle (Main)- 14 ppt
>Rest-12 ppt
(বি.দ্র. এখানে পেজ নাম্বার দেয়া যাবে না এবং Count হবে না।)
2) CERTIFICATE APPROVAL
>Certificate Approval লিখতে হবে। যেখানে সুপারভাইজার সিগনেচার করবে। (পেজ নাম্বার দেয়া যাবে না তবে পেজ count হবে Roman Number এ)
3) Dedication (optional):
>পছন্দের কাউকে Dedicate করা (e.g. 'To My Dear Mother). (পেজ নাম্বার দেয়া যাবে না তবে পেজ count হবে Roman Number এ)
4) ABSTRACTS
[Abstract এর নিচে KEYWORDS দিতে হয়]
>Review of the Report (বইয়ের রিভিউয়ের মত। এমনভাবে লিখতে হবে যেন Reader পড়বার পর পুরো রিপোর্ট পড়তে আগ্রহ প্রকাশ করে।)
>Maximum 250 words এবং পুরো Abstract এক Paragraph এ হবে।
>Abstract Writing Pattern:
প্রথমে রিসার্চের বিষয় নিয়ে ২লাইন লিখতে হবে। পরে Research এর Aim and Objectives, এরপর Methodology, এরপর Major Findings (রিসার্চ করে কী কী পেয়েছি সেগুলোর highlight Results) এবং এই রিসার্চ Further এই টাইপ কোন রিসার্চে কোন অবদান রাখবে কিনা কিংবা কোন Option আছে কিনা সেটা বলে শেষ করতে হবে।
>KEYWORDS: রিসার্চে যে সব বিষয় নিয়ে কাজ করা হয়েছে সেগুলোর Highlighted কিছু শব্দ ব্যবহার করতে হবে। যে সব শব্দ দেখা মাত্রই বুঝা যাবে রিসার্চ এই সব বিষয় রিলেটেড। Maximum 10 keywords লেখা যাবে। (ছবিতে Abstract এবং Keywords দেখানো আছে।)
5) Acknowledgment
> সুপারভাইজার এবং কোন গ্রুপ/অর্গানাইজেশন অথবা যারা রিসার্চে সহায়তা করেছে তাদের প্রতি কৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ।
6) CONTENT (Important)

>Use APA/MLA/Chicago/Harvard/Vancouver whatever u want. APA is easy to use.
17)APPENDIX
>It include all kind of Data sheet/Table/field image/Questionnaires etc. not absolutely necessary in the main body of the text, but which provides additional insights and information to the background, development or discussion stages of the report. Create link of the appendices with the main report.
